What are the benefits of attending the workshops?
Level 1 Inspiration Workshop
Participants will be introduced to the unique value of the design thinking process, how it relates to specific business objectives and learn how design thinking can help achieve success through a strong business vision.
Level 2 Opportunity Workshop
Participants will gain hands-on experience of the entire design thinking process through its application to an actual project and, in the process, develop new products and services. Participants will also be able to understand the process required to translate ideas from uncovering users’ needs and wants into quick prototypes.
In between the Level 2 and Level 3 workshops, participants may need to carry out further research around their selected opportunity area, testing initial ideas and concepts to further enrich and inform the design brief.
Level 3 Implementation Workshop
Participants will develop confidence in applying the design thinking approach to their own organisation and to effectively engage designers. This will help in the development of a strong design brief for the implementation phase of innovation and to achieve impactful results. .
