DFE Seminar “Creating Good Customer Experiences Through Design”. DFE Workshop “Using Experience Design to Create Meaningful Solutions for your Customers”
Great customer experiences do not happen by chance. They must be actively designed.
Customer experiences that are truly special can engender the customer’s emotional attachment with the company. When that emotional bond is forged, it can be hard to break, and potentially become a long term differentiator for the business.
Last month, the DesignSingapore Council conducted a Design for Enterprises (DFE) seminar and a workshop to help local companies jump-start their journey in creating relevant and engaging customer experiences.
The two DFE events attracted over 60 attendees, and companies learnt how they can purposefully design experiences that can have an impact on and change to customers’ habits and behaviours.
Design for Enterprises (DFE) is a national initiative created by the DesignSingapore Council, SPRING Singapore and International Enterprise Singapore to help Singapore-based enterprises understand the value of design and benefit from the impact design can make on business competitiveness and growth.
